1. Cancellation Window:

   • Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Typically, you have a window of 12 hours from the time of placing the order to cancel it without any charges.

   • If an order is canceled after it has been processed and shipped, please raise return request to customer care without any charges.

   • No order can be cancelled after 24 hrs of delivery of product due to regulatory and safety concerns  associated with healthcare wellness products.
      

2. How to Cancel Your Order:

   • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately by calling +91 75172 16660 or emailing care@vedictrust.com. Our team is available from 10 AM to 6 PM IST.

   • Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. This will help us expedite your request.
